NOAA Releases Final Reserve Operations Plan for Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Coral Reef Ecosystem Reserve

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has made the Final Reserve Operations Plan for the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Coral Reef Ecosystem Reserve available to the public, following a public comment period that received over 29,400 comments from various stakeholders, including the Marine Mammal Commission, Western Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Council, and 13 local and national conservation organizations.
