US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Clears Canadian Hard Red Spring Wheat of Countervailing Duty Subsidies

The US Department of Commerce has initiated an expedited review of the countervailing duty order on Canadian hard red spring wheat, covering the period from August 1, 2001, to July 31, 2002, and has found no subsidies were provided to Richelain Farms. Interested parties are invited to provide comments on the preliminary results.
