NMFS Proposes Rule to Implement DAS Allocation Procedure for Northeast Multispecies Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a rule to implement the days-at-sea (DAS) allocation procedure for the Northeast Multispecies Fishery, which will include a cap on vessel annual DAS usage prior to August 1, 2002, to address concerns about the omission in the original proposed rule.
