US Department of Commerce Postpones Final Antidumping Duty Determination for PET Resin from Indonesia
The US Department of Commerce is delaying the final decision on whether to impose tariffs on PET Resin from Indonesia until at least 135 days after the preliminary determination is published, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930.
