National Marine Fisheries Service Reviews Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Reports, Proposes Changes to Guidelines

The National Marine Fisheries Service has reviewed the draft stock assessment reports for marine mammals in the Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regions, and proposes changes to the guidelines for preparing these reports, soliciting public comments on the draft 2004 Pacific reports.
