US Department of Commerce Adopts Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review for Polychloroprene Rubber from Japan

The US Department of Commerce has finalized its review of the antidumping duty on polychloroprene rubber from Japan, confirming that Showa Denko K.K. is not the successor-in-interest to the joint venture of Showa DDE Manufacturing K.K. and DDE Japan Kabushiki Kaisha.
