Bureau of Industry and Security Issues Revised Rule on Licensee's Responsibility to Communicate License Conditions

The Bureau of Industry and Security has issued an interim rule revising the Export Administration Regulations to require licensees to clearly document specific license conditions in writing, and also made a technical correction to the title of part 750 of the EAR.
