US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty Order on Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products from Japan

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan, following a request from SteelSummit International, a US importer of the subject merchandise, and has issued a notice of preliminary intent to revoke in part the order with respect to nickel-plated steel foil.
