U.S. Imposes Final Duties on Chinese Crepe Paper Imports

The U.S. Commerce Department has made a final determination that imports of crepe paper from the People's Republic of China are sold at less than fair value, and has also made an affirmative determination of critical circumstances, leading to the imposition of additional duties on the imports.
