NAFTA Panel Reviews Decision on Softwood Lumber Products from Canada

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) binational panel has reviewed the final results of an affirmative countervailing duty re-determination on remand, affecting Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada, and will finalize its decision by January 24, 2005.
