USFWS and NMFS to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permits

The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) plan to gather public input to assess the potential environmental impacts of a Conservation Plan and two incidental take permits for a water users association in Sequim, Washington.
