Gray Portland Cement and Clinker From Mexico; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on gray portland cement and clinker imported from Mexico, which covers CEMEX and its affiliate, with the review period spanning from August 1, 2002, to July 31, 2003.
