Regulatory Approval for Nasdaq-Listed Securities Trading

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., and six exchanges have received approval for an amendment to their reporting plan, allowing for the trading of securities on an unlisted trading privilege basis on Nasdaq-listed securities exchanges.
