SEC Grants Accelerated Approval for 97% Protected Notes Linked to Global Equity Basket

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. has received accelerated approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed rule change and amendment relating to the listing and trading of 97% protected notes linked to the global equity basket.
