SEC Approves Chicago Stock Exchange Governance Rule Changes

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved proposed rule changes by the Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. relating to governance of issuers on the exchange, allowing for accelerated approval of amendments to the rule change.
