SEC Approves CHX Rule Change to Update Branch Office Registration Process

The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to revise its Article VI, Rule 5 to correct a reference to the form used for registering new branch offices, as part of its ongoing efforts to modernize its rules and regulations.
