Shareholder Reports and Quarterly Portfolio Disclosure of Registered Management Investment Companies; Technical Amendment

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting a technical amendment to Item 21(d)(1) of Form N-1A to require registered open-end management investment companies to disclose fund expenses borne by shareholders in their shareholder reports.
