American Stock Exchange LLC Seeks Approval for Nasdaq-100 Index-Linked Notes Listing

The American Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to list and trade notes linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index. The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted accelerated approval for the rule change.
