Tobacco Transition Payment Program-Successor-in-Interest Contracts: Public Comment Request
The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is seeking public input on documents used to administer the Tobacco Transition Payment Program (TTPP) for successor-in-interest contracts, which enable tobacco quota holders or producers to transfer rights and obligations to a third party.
