FinCEN Invites Comments on Proposed Renewal of Currency Reporting Requirements

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public comments on a proposed renewal of existing regulations requiring reports of currency in excess of $10,000 received by businesses or court clerks, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
