Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Revised Standardized Spent Fuel Storage Casks
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has amended its regulations to include the Transnuclear, Inc. Standardized NUHOMS cask system, which now authorizes the use of an additional dry shielded canister, the NUHOMS -32PT DSC, for 32 pressurized water reactor assemblies.
