Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Guidance on Discontinuation of Regulatory Authority

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection related to its guidance on discontinuation of regulatory authority and assumption thereof by states through agreements, as well as participation in the Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP). The NRC is required to submit this information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
