Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Certificate of Disposition of Materials

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection for NRC Form 314, which is used to report the disposition of radioactive materials when a license is terminated, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC will submit this information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
