Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for Revised Spent Fuel Storage Cask Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has confirmed the effective date of March 31, 2004, for a direct final rule that revised the NAC-UMS cask system listing in the List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks, including Amendment No. 3 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1015.
