U.S. Armed Forces Exempted from Environmental Regulations for Certain Facilities

The U.S. Armed Forces have been granted an exemption from environmental regulations, following a comprehensive environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact, as outlined in 10 CFR 20.1801, 20.1802, and 20.2201.
