Duke Energy Corporation Seeks Exemption for McGuire Nuclear Station's Unit 2 Reactor

Duke Energy Corporation has submitted a request for an exemption to operate Unit 2 reactor at its McGuire Nuclear Station, which is currently under construction, without obtaining a new license from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
