Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review of Information Collection for Policy Statement on Discontinuance of NRC Regulatory Authority

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), requesting that respondents not be required to submit information unless it displays a valid OMB control number.
