Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Final Criteria for Individual Requirements in Regulatory Analysis

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is releasing its final guidelines for handling individual requirements in regulatory analyses to prevent 'bundling' of requirements that may not be cost-justified. This update will be included in Revision 4 of its Regulatory Analysis Guidelines, NUREG/BR-0058, to be released soon.
