Duke Energy to Face Evidentiary Hearing at Atomic Safety and Licensing Board

The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board has scheduled an evidentiary hearing for Duke Energy Corporation regarding the Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, where the company will have the opportunity to make limited appearance statements before administrative judges Ann Marshall Young, Anthony J. Baratta, and Thomas S. Elleman.
