Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review for Licensee Event Report Forms

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its Licensee Event Report forms, which are used by commercial nuclear power plant license holders to report reactor events. The NRC is seeking OMB approval to extend the use of these forms, which are required on an occasional basis.
