Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Expanded Access Authorization and Facility Security Clearance Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to broaden the scope of its regulations to include persons who need access to classified information for licensing and regulatory activities related to high-level radioactive waste disposal and advanced reactor designs, as well as vendors and certificate holders.
