US Adopts Final Rule on Foreign Real Estate Transactions Involving Military Installations
The US has adopted a final rule amending the definition of military installations and adding eight new installations to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regulations, as well as making technical name changes to five existing installations.
