NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Komet Trailers

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition from a company to allow the importation of 2000-2005 Komet Standard, Classic and Eurolite trailers into the US, as they are substantially similar to previously imported vehicles and can be modified to meet safety standards.
