GSA Proposes Changes to Federal Property Management Regulations
The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) to clarify the handling of abandoned and forfeited personal property, moving the new rules into the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) for easier reading and understanding.
