Federal Acquisition Regulation; Application of the Brooks Act to Mapping Services; Analysis of Comments

The Defense Acquisition Regulations Council and the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council have concluded that no changes are needed to the Federal Acquisition Regulation regarding the application of the Brooks Architect-Engineers Act to mapping services, following a review of public comments. The Councils have published this analysis to provide transparency into their decision-making process.
