Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review Buy American Act--Construction Information Collection

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement concerning the Buy American Act--Construction, which is set to expire on June 30, 2005. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of the collection, as well as ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
