Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review Anti-Kickback Procedures Information Collection

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend an information collection requirement for anti-kickback procedures, which currently expires on June 30, 2005, and is seeking public comments on the necessity and burden of this collection.
