Federal Acquisition Regulation; Deferred Compensation and Postretirement Benefits Other Than Pensions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to revise cost principles for Deferred compensation and Postretirement benefits other than pensions. The revisions aim to improve clarity and structure, and remove unnecessary language, in light of changes in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Acquisition Reform.
