Federal Acquisition Regulation; Applicability of SDB and HUBZone Price Evaluation Factor

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to remove some exceptions to the use of the Small Disadvantaged Business and HUBZone price evaluation factor.
