GSA Requests Renewal of Information Collection for GSA Form 3040, Seeks Public Comments

The General Services Administration (GSA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve the renewal of a currently approved information collection requirement for GSA Form 3040, a report on surplus property donations by state agencies, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
