Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Contract Cost Principle for Depreciation
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to revise the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the allowability of depreciation costs for reacquired assets in sales and leaseback arrangements.
