Federal Acquisition Regulation; Past Performance Evaluation of Orders

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to include past performance evaluations for specific orders and to ensure subcontracting management is considered during these evaluations.
