Federal Acquisition Regulation; Confirmation of HUBZone Certification

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify that prime contractors must confirm a subcontractor's HUBZone certification, consistent with the requirements of the Small Business Act, as amended.
