Federal Acquisition Regulation; Implementation of the Anti-Lobbying Statute
The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have agreed to finalize a rule implementing the Anti-Lobbying Statute, which restricts the use of federal funds for lobbying. The rule, which was initially published in 1990, has undergone minor changes and will now prohibit recipients of federal contracts and loans from using taxpayer dollars for lobbying purposes.
