Federal Acquisition Regulation to Review Davis-Bacon Act Price Adjustment Method

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for the Davis-Bacon Act price adjustment, which expires on March 31, 2006, and invites public comments on the necessity and burden of the collection.
