GSA Extends Comment Period for Transaction Fee Proposal for Transportation Services

The General Services Administration (GSA) is extending the comment period for its proposal to establish a transaction fee for transportation services provided to certain government agencies, with the proposed fee of 4% of total transportation charges to be deducted from invoices prior to payment.
