USTR Publishes 2003 and 2004 Annual Reviews of Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) Petitions

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has released a notice detailing the results of its review of petitions filed in 2003 and 2004 to determine compliance with the ATPA eligibility criteria in beneficiary developing countries.
