U.S. Trade Representative Requests Public Comment on Eligibility of Andean Trade Preference Act Beneficiary Countries

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public input on whether countries designated as ATPA beneficiary countries are meeting eligibility criteria, as required by the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act, in preparation for a report to Congress.
