WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Measures Affecting Trade in Large Civil Aircraft

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comments on a European Communities' request to establish a dispute settlement panel under the World Trade Organization Agreement, alleging U.S. measures affecting large civil aircraft are inconsistent with WTO agreements on subsidies and tariffs.
