Notice of Effective Date for NAFTA Modifications

The U.S. government has announced the effective date for modifications to the rules of origin under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) for goods of Mexico, which will take effect on June 15, 2005, as stated in Proclamation 7870 of February 9, 2005.
